API

🟩 Bug fix: We fixed issues with the API call pixiUpdateInvoicePackageTrackingIds to improve the behavior and validation of tracking data. (1209852)

  • If only the InvoiceNr parameter is provided for a shipment with multiple packages, the API call now returns a message stating that PackageId is required.

  • If no TrackingId is provided, the existing tracking ID remains unchanged. Previously, it was incorrectly removed.

  • If no ReturnTrackingId is provided, the existing return tracking ID also remains unchanged. Previously, it was incorrectly removed.

  • The Overwrite parameter now only affects the tracking ID in the Invoices table:

    • When set to 1, the existing tracking ID is deleted, and only the new number is saved. For multi-package shipments, tracking IDs of additional packages are also applied.

    • When set to 0, the existing tracking ID remains and the new one is appended.

🟩 Bug fix: The API call pixiReadInvoices now also includes dunning information, which is read from the corresponding table. (1250784)

🟩 Bug fix: pixiGetDeliveryItem now correctly returns the value for the parameter InternalNumber. (1308003)

🟩 Bug fix: We fixed an issue in the Picklists program where removing an item mistakenly removed all remaining items as well. (1240139, 1259939)

Items (Item Management)

🟩 Bug fix: We fixed an issue with the Excel export of item data. Now the correct supplier data (assigned barcodes) is exported. Previously, when multiple entries existed for the same supplier with different barcodes, only one record was updated. Upon re-importing the file into pixi, the correct rows are now updated based on the provided item code. (1286351)

Controlling

🟩 Bug fix: Instead of the VAT code (VatCode), the VAT rate (VatRate) was generated in Accounting Export (ASCII DATEV for Invoices). (1148088)

Controlling (Reporting)

🟩 Bug fix: The Proforma Invoice report is now correctly generated for orders containing Bundles. Previously, stock values for bundles were not left empty, although bundles do not have physical stock. The expected delivery date for bundles is now shown as “unknown” for the same reason. (1292000)

Control Center

Import & Export (plentyONE)

🟪Enhancement: Return exports to plentyONE are now supported. As soon as a Return reaches status CRE (Credit created), a scheduled job – similar to the existing order export – generates a return document and transfers it via the Plenty Export Service. (1258105, 1290994, 1290999)

Three new channel settings are now available to control Return exports:

  • Returns_ExportEnabled: Enables/disables export of return documents.

  • Returns_KeepPlentyShippingCost: Retains original shipping costs from plentyONE in the export.

  • Returns status credited: Status ID in plenty must match this channel setting to ensure that returns are created under the correct status.

  • Returns status replaced Status ID in plenty must match this channel setting to ensure that returns are created under the correct status.

In Control Center mappings between pixi and plentyONE return reasons and statuses can now be configured. Two new match types were introduced:

  • ReturnStatus: Links pixi return statuses (e.g. CRE) to corresponding Plenty return status IDs.

  • ReturnLineReason: Links pixi return reasons on line-item level to Plenty return reason IDs.
