pixi 25.03 is available from 4 March 2025. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads.
API
🟪 Enhancement: The API call pixiGetInvoiceLinesExtended uses the new parameter @ConsiderInvoiceUpdates (when set to '1') to provide data for @UpdateDateFrom and @UpdateDateTo. (1050222)
🟪 Enhancement: The fields ItemKey, ItemNrInt and InternalItemNumber are now available for the pixiReport_StockMovementsForItemsWithBnBbd API call, providing more detailed data on stock movements. (1154998)

🟩 Bug fix: We have fixed an issue where the RelocateID was missing from the message for pixiEXStockMovement. With this update, both the Take from Stock and Put to Stock events now include the RelocateID. (1118031)
pixi Mobile
🟩 Bug fix: Scanning in to a box failed for items in orders that had been partially scanned, invoiced but not yet shipped. The system tried to add items to the same box, which was not allowed after invoicing. Now a new box is assigned in such cases. (1200896)
🟩 Bug fix: Scanning items failed if they were partially scanned into a box marked as ‘physically full’. The system tried to add the remaining items to the same box, which was not allowed. Now the next available box is correctly assigned for the remaining items. (1194496)

Administration (Templates)
🟪 Enhancement: With pixi 25.03, a new template for electronic invoicing is available that supports additional VAT fields for vouchers. The template must be downloaded manually and uploaded as a new template for electronic invoicing. You can either replace your existing template or create a new one and mark it as ‘default’ to activate it. (1121025)
Controlling (Reports)
🟩 Bug fix: Return costs were not included in the report Turnover by Payment Type. (1014786)
🟩 Bug fix: The creation of standard report profiles could fail if certain custom reports existed. (1163521)
🟩 Bug fix: The Oversold Items report did not display correct values for Vendor Item Number. The report now displays the correct values, ensuring reliable data. (1176465)
🟪 Enhancement: The ItemKey, ItemNrInt and InternalItemNumber fields were previously unavailable on certain inventory movement reports. These fields are now available in Stock Movements and Stock Movements for Items with BN/BBD. (1154998)
Customer Service (Orders)
🟩 Bug fix: The search for orders was previously prone to deadlocks and slow performance. The search process has now been optimized. In addition, a spinner has been added to the Customer Orders, Invoices and Returns lists to indicate a search in progress and prevent users from having to start searches all over again. (1148205)
🟩 Bug fix: Not all tags were displayed in orders when searching for a particularly large number of tags. (1143958)
Customer Service (Orders: Recovery of masked data)
🟪 Enhancement: After restoring previously masked orders, it was previously possible to edit orders retrospectively. To ensure data security and integrity, retrospective editing is no longer possible. (1121781)
pixi Web: The Edit button is no longer available in pixi Web on the General tab of the order details.
API: Processing via the API call pixiAddOrderComment is no longer possible.
pixi Desktop: The Save button in Customer Service on the desktop is disabled for order data.
Customer Service (Invoices and Vouchers)
🟩 Bug fix: The voucher amounts for B2B orders were not always displayed correctly in pixi Web (and Desktop). Invoices and Credits for all order types (B2B and B2C) in the web application now display both net and gross amounts. Previously, only gross amounts were displayed for B2C orders and only net amounts for B2B orders. (1157818)
🟪 Enhancement: The calculation of net and VAT amounts for vouchers has been improved to ensure greater consistency. New fields have been added to the Invoices table that break down the voucher amount by VAT rate (high, low, zero), similar to shipping costs. This will allow Reports to use pre-calculated amounts rather than calculating them on the fly, ensuring consistent net and VAT calculation for vouchers across the system. Purchasing (Purchase Orders)
🟩 Bug fix: In the drop-down menu for changing the order status, the label Bestellnr was changed to Bestellen. (1198292)

Control Center
🟩 Bug fix: After the update to version 24.03, the procedure for Pixi_PollDetail1 did not correctly retrieve the values for ISO2 and ISO3. This problem was fixed. (1172520)
Auto Emails
🟩 Bug fix: NLB email creation could fail when using the email address from the ship-to address. The process now correctly retrieves the email address, ensuring successful email creation. (1157755)
Import & Export
🟪 Enhancement: The system exports an empty delivery date when the quantity of open purchase orders plus the existing inventory is equal to or less than the quantity of open purchase orders. This behavior is not a bug. It ensures that no estimated delivery date is displayed for items that are not available. If the quantity of open orders plus the available inventory exceeds the quantity of open orders, the ship date from the purchase order is exported as expected. (1018776)
ShipRush Integration
🟩 Bug fix: The functionality for printing customs documents did not always match the shipping requirements. The number of printed copies of customs documents is now based on the Invoice copies setting in the Countries table, which ensures that the correct number of forms are available for shipping.
