pixi 24.10 is available from 1 October 2024. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads.

🟩 Bug fix: Automatic invoice printing for complete boxes did not work in pixi Web. (1122930)

🟪 Enhancement: The API calls pixiGetStockBins and pixiGetItemsOnStockBin are now enhanced to allow you to query stock bins by bin group (@BinGroup) and retrieve stock information for multiple bins simultaneously in a single query. This enhancement reduces unnecessary API traffic and improves overall system performance. (1072251)

🟩 Bug fix: The picklist page did not open after clicking Back when the permission “Box confirmation needed” was enabled. (1079651)

Administration (Tables)
🟩 Bug fix: If a value was changed for Tables > Shipping Vendor, pixi reset the counter for shipping labels. As a result, unexpected tracking IDs were generated. (1094166)
Controlling (Oversold Items)
🟪 Enhancement: The Oversold Items page has been removed from the Controlling side menu. The content of the page is now available as a report (Reporting > Create a new report profile > Report group: Customer Service > Oversold Items). The report has no parameters as profile options. Only the General information is featured on the detail page. (1065117)

🟩 Bug fix: Umlauts in report name and description for Oversold Items were not displayed correctly. (1094942)
🟩 Bug fix: An error message was shown when a user opened a newly created report. (1093025)
🟪 Enhancement: The label NEW is now removed when a report is downloaded or its detail page is opened. The label NO DATA is still displayed if the report is empty. (1081045)
🟪 Enhancement: The user access for administrators and normal users was changed. Normal users can no longer access the Profiles page. They can now only access the Reports page. It is now also possible to create reports on the Reports page using the plus symbol. (1071108)

🟪 Enhancement: The overview for bundle items was updated and now supports sorting, filtering and changing columns. The changes are saved locally. (1087169)
Customer Service (Invoices and Credits)
🟩 Bug fix: The search for B2B Invoices did not work. In some cases, the fields in the Order Type column remained empty. (1078731)
Logistics (Goods Receipt)
🟩 Bug fix: When creating a goods receipt in the web interface, if you selected a supplier and an order, then switched to a different supplier and order, the goods receipt incorrectly included items from both orders. (1080403)
Logistics (Picklists)
🟪 Enhancement: When a stock shortage is reported for particular items, pixi now excludes those items when creating new picklists. (1063761)
Caution: This enhancement also searches shortages that were reported in the past, which may cause items to be excluded from picklists. Please check pixi Mobile > Inventory via the three-dots menu to see if you have any open shortage reports and correct them.
Logistics (Ship-Out)
🟩 Bug fix: In some cases, pixi returned an error message (displaying “invoicekey”) during the first scan, and, although an invoice was printed, the status did not change to OFF. We resolved the issue and implemented additional logging to better analyze failed ship-outs. (1080561)
🟩 Bug fix: The filter options for purchase order numbers did not work on the Goods Receipt overview pages. (1052120)
Logistics (Stock)
🟩 Bug fix: For some items, Put to Stock or Take from Stock did not work as expected when initiated from the item details page. The system failed to correctly map barcodes. (952613)

ShipRush integration
🟩 Bug fix: An incorrect value for the shipping costs for DHL Paket International was transferred in the CN23 document (postal fees/charges). (1062979)
🟩 Bug fix: In some cases, no shipping label was generated if the invoice date was not transferred to ShipRush. The error affected DHL Express Worldwide. (1077654)
🟪 Enhancement: The package dimensions and weight are exported from pixi to ShipRush in the units defined for the selected package type. The package type must be defined in either metric or imperial units for both weight and dimensions. Using weight in metric (kg) and dimensions in imperial (inches) units at the same time is not supported! Please note that weight in pixi is always saved in metric units and therefore converted to lbs if defined in the package type. (1064192)
🟪 Enhancement: It is now possible to print return labels for Shipping via ShipRush. The return label is printed together with the shipping label. The functionality needs to be enabled under Administration > Tables > Shipping Vendors > Print Return Label. IMPORTANT: Currently only the service code for DHLPackage is supported! (1089288)
Reports
🟪 Enhancement: The Oversold Items report is no longer available in the desktop client, but only in pixi Web. For this reason, pixi does not display any parameters on the user interface and the reference to the web application. (1065117, 103600)
