The pixi* Customer Service is the starting point to optimize customer satisfaction: by providing insight into all important customer information, the history of all orders as well as the status of the current order from a customer in the shipping process, you can answer questions quickly and always keep track.
The pixi* Customer Service application contains all personal information about your customers, an overview of current and previous orders, invoices and all returns, an e-mail client, including the auto-email-templates as well as the customer's account. You can manually add new customers, find customers with the customer search, view and edit customer orders, modify billing or shipping details, manually create new orders, manage returns and replacements, see all invoices, send e-mails, manage the customer account and more.
Moreover, with pixi* AVA Milestone 3 another module to improve customer service is available: the offer management in the pixi* web application.
