Sometimes orders that were imported from plentyONE to pixi undergo changes when they were not shipped. In these cases, the Order Syncrhonization feature reflects changes to orders in plentyONE.
Activating Order Synchronization
Open Control Center.
Go to Import and Export > Options…
Under Configuration > Integrations & Import/Export Channels click Edit.
Select your plentyONE channel and click Edit.
In the Edit/Add new channel pop-up click Next until the channel settings list appears.
Find Enable Order Sync and enter “1” to activate it.
Click Next.
Click Finish.

The following information is synchronized in pixi when changes in plentyONE occur:
Address modifications
Items
Customer Lock
Shipping Lock
Please note that the update to the order only occurs when the order has not been added to a picklist or shipped yet.
