To connect a shipping vendor to pixi*, the shipping client needs to be configured properly regarding polling and, if available, also tracking. You need to set folders, in which pixi* saves polling files and also where pixi* gets the tracking information from. Especially the polling folder is especially important for the shipping vendor software since it gets the shipping information for the package's shipping label from this folder. Also tracking ID folder needs to be the same as in pixi* to exchange tracking information.
Setting Configuration in pixi* Shipping
Polling and tracking settings can be set in pixi* Shipping application. Open pixi* Shipping and click "File > Printer settings...". Click "Ship Vendors" in the new window.
Select the folder for your shipping vendor as it is set up in the shipping vendor software. In case it is not set up yet, choose a folder.
Note: If polling file should be saved to C:\, pixi* Shipping might need administrator rights to be able to save polling files to this folder.
